Join us for yKAN's March General Meeting workshop on Financial Planning for Young Professionals.

Our guest speaker, David Frisch, President and Principal of Frisch Financial Group will lead the presentation/workshop on the following topics:

  • Developing a savings plan (appropriate to your age and stage of life)
  • Consumer debt management (optimize consumer and student loan debt)
  • Investment portfolio management basics (asset class diversication and investment planning)
  • Tax planning and strategies (making effective use of IRA/401k plans, etc.)
  • Estate planning (creating a will and establishing a trust)
  • Insurance needs assessment (identifying coverage that is appropriate)
  • Long-term financial goal planning (develop a 1-yr, 5-yr, and 10-yr plan)

The workshop will be followed by a Q&A, and a post-workshop reception to network with other young professionals.

David A. Frisch, CPA, CFP, PFS
David specializes in investment management & portfolio allocation strategies, as well as financial planning, specifically, stock option planning, executive compensation strategies, and cash flow management. He was educated at the State University of New York at Binghamton and holds a B.S. degree in Accounting. David has authored several articles and lectures frequently on investment philosophies and financial planning issues. He instructs courses for the College for Financial Planning and is an adjunct lecturer at New York University's School of Continuing Education for investment management and individual income tax planning courses.
