Munju `MJ` Choi

A native of Seoul, Korea, MJ received her training at the Broadway Dance Center, concentrating on Hip Hop, Jazz Funk and Street Jazz. Her experience is a blend of performance, choreography, and production. She has performed in an opening dance piece for the Hip Hop artist Ludacris, as well as being featured on Danny Aiello`s music video `Besame Mucho.` Moreover, extending her passion for dance, she has produced and choreographed numerous full length theater productions that combine dance and drama. Her most recent production was a cover of `Snow White` where the classic tale was expressed through a mixture of Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and Hip Hop. Her training in theater at China`s renowned Central Drama Academy, serves as an instrumental tool towards combining the artistic form of dance and drama. She currently teaches privately in New York City, as well as for Studio 44 in Westport, Just Dance Studio in Norwalk, and Ridgefield School of Performing Art in Ridgefield, Connecticut.
